Principle or Preference: which of these words best describes how you make moral decisions?
—–
I would like to share few points from my notes from this inspiring video that I watched from InTouch Ministries website.
Principle – a moral rule based on the word of God guiding our conduct.
Preference – decisions and choices based on likes, dislikes and desires.
Conviction – a principle which I am committed and purposed to follow.
To Live By Principle
1. Live for Jesus Christ, for the kingdom of God, and bear witness of who He is in your life.
2. Be very clear as to what you believe.
3. You can expect conflict.
4. Make your decisions and leave all the consequences to God.
5. Believe in the sovereignty of God and that He is in absolute control of every single thing.
