The Serenity Prayer

The Serenity Prayer

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
as it is, not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His will;
That I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely
happy with Him forever in the next.

Amen

Think Again…

Think again before…

You hate all roses because you got scratched with one thorn…
You give up on your dreams because one didn’t come true…
You lose faith in prayers because one was not answered…
You give up on your efforts because one of them failed…
You condemn all your friends because one betrayed you…
You not to believe in love because someone was unfaithful or didn’t love you back…
You throw away all your chances to be happy because you did not succeed on the first attempt….

Let’s always remember…

Another chance may come up.
A better plans from God.
A renewed strength.
Another friend.
A new love.

Be persistent in everything you do and find your true happiness through Jesus Christ.

The sure path to failure is to give up!
It is often through failure that future success comes – So, think again!

Keep Goin’

Whatever your cross, whatever your pain, there will always be sunshine, after the rain ….

Perhaps you may stumble, perhaps even fall, But God’s always ready, To answer your call …

He knows every heartache, sees every tear, A word from His lips, can calm every fear …

Your sorrows may linger, throughout the night, But suddenly vanish, in dawn’s early light …

The Savior is waiting, somewhere above, To give you His grace, and send you His love…

Whatever your cross, whatever your pain, “God always sends rainbows …. after the rain … ”

His Own Way

Jesus has His own way of making you smile especially at times when you want to give up & lose hope. Certain surprises come your way that make you rise and keep on going!

Workers

God’s workers smile at trouble, gather strength from stress and grow brave by reflection and prayers.
